BSI (Building Service Incorporated) was renovating the conference spaces of Circle Electric. The goal was to reinforce the company’s values while activating the space in an energetic way through dimensional signage and custom environmental graphics. The challenge was creating a balanced design across a long expanse of blank drywall with only a few visual elements and suggestions. The client provided reference imagery featuring circuit-board-inspired graphics. Rather than reproducing the source, I developed an original vector pattern that captured the same visual language while allowing it do be adapted seamlessly across multiple surfaces and scales. Care was taken to vary the interaction and placement of the motif components so that the repeated tile retained a natural visual rhythm rather than revealing an obvious grid. The final composition balances typography, pattern, and rhythm to create moments of visual interest without overwhelming the experience of the space.
